How
Do I change my "Financial Mail Address" in OASIS?
To
change or check your "financial mail address":
1. Go to the OASIS Main Menu Screen and select code 2 - Student
Records Main Menu
2. From the Student Records Main Menu select code 1 - Change
Address Information
3. You will see 4 address fields at the top of the screen
and 3 questions at the bottom.
4. Review and make corrections to any of the following four
address fields:

- Residence
Hall Assignment
-
- Local
Mail Address
-
- Permanent
Home Address
-
- Emergency
Contact Address
**THE
SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW THE SAME ADDRESS TO BE ENTERED
IN MULTIPLE FIELDS**
5. Review the 3 questions and insert the proper address
number: 1, 2, 3, or 4 as appropriate

Please restrict all directory information: Y (Yes) or
N (No)

-
Please send my financial mail to: insert number 1, 2,
3, or 4

-
Please send all other mail to: insert number 1, 2, 3,
or 4
6.
YOU MUST press the "enter" key to save your changes.
If you have made the changes correctly a message will
appear at the bottom of the screen stating the data has
been modified successfully.
7.
It's a good idea to Exit OASIS, re-enter, and make sure
the information was ACCURATELY saved in the system.
Things
to Remember:

If you fail to provide the correct "financial mail address"
or fail to check its accuracy when registering, your
financial aid check may be delayed significantly.

Financial aid checks are mailed to the "financial mail
address" in the OASIS system at the time your check
is requested. It is the students' responsibility
to provide accurate and timely address changes to the
OASIS system.
